Sisters In Islam calls for a wider debate on the the case of a couple who were caught for ‘behaving indecently’ in the KLCC. We need to examine and question what constitutes ‘indecent behaviour’ within a multi-ethnic, multi-religious society.

We call for a judicious approach in applying the Malay-Muslim norm in a multi-ethnic society. In term of priorities of work City Hall should be focusing its resources on its key areas of work that it to provide an healthy living enviroment for the society.
